Privacy notice
SPLITZYS uses the information creators provide to prepare, route, sign, retain, and support collaborative rights agreements. The Alpha is a limited test, so please enter only information needed for that purpose.
What we handle
Account and contact information; professional names, PRO and IPI/CAE details; collaborator and rights allocations; agreement drafts; signature status and audit evidence; support reports; and technical security logs. SPLITZYS does not need bank credentials or tax documents for the Alpha and creators should not paste them into agreements.
Service providers
We use Clerk for authentication, Vercel and managed storage/database services for the application, Resend for SPLITZYS email, and DocuSeal for signer verification and electronic signatures. These providers process information only to operate the service under their own security and privacy commitments.
Access and retention
Agreement access is limited to authenticated named participants and authorized support operators. Executed agreements and their evidence remain in the SPLITZYS Vault so participants can retrieve the record. Drafts and support data are retained during the Alpha while we validate safe deletion, export, legal-hold, and account-closure procedures.
Your choices
Ask for an export, correction, access review, or account closure at privacy@splitzys.xyz. We will explain if an executed agreement or legal record cannot be deleted. Saved reusable signatures are never enabled automatically.
