Alpha participation terms

SPLITZYS helps creators document proposed rights, ownership, revenue, credits, and signatures. It is a documentation and workflow service, not a law firm, publisher, PRO, label, royalty administrator, or source of legal advice.

Your responsibility

Enter information you are authorized to use, review every rights layer, and sign only when the displayed version reflects your understanding. Request a change instead of signing if anything is wrong or incomplete. Do not upload confidential financial credentials, tax documents, unlawful material, or content you lack permission to use.

Electronic signatures

A verified electronic signature is intended to accept the exact version and hashes shown in the signing flow. A changed deal requires a new version and new signatures. SPLITZYS does not sign for a participant and does not transfer a signature to changed terms.

Alpha limitations

This is pre-release software offered to a small invited group for testing. Features may fail or change. Keep your own copies of important records, report problems promptly, and do not rely on the Alpha for a deadline-sensitive exploitation without independent review and backup.

Suspension and exit

We may pause an account to investigate misuse or protect participants. You may leave the Alpha at any time; executed records may remain available to other parties and may be retained where necessary to preserve signature evidence.
